These guys rock!! When it was time to buy a new iMac, I wanted to shop locally. Jack was super helpful and made my purchase easy and smooth. I made a mistake with the first model I chose (all my fault) and they worked with me to upgrade to the larger version. I walked out of their store feeling like they went above and beyond!! Later I decided to upgrade the RAM and Sierra got me all set up with what I needed. I love that they are a smaller, more personal store than going to the "mall." I'll definitely be back for any of my future Apple needs!

I was so pleased with the people and service here that after I got my Mac back, I wanted to give them all a hug!!! They were honest, trustworthy and actually tried to solve my problem, not try to just get more money out of me (which I feel happens a lot at these types of places). They replaced my hard drive in my 5 year old Mac in only 30 minutes. It now works better than it did when it was brand new.

Amazing service! I spilled water on my MacBook Air. First I took it to the Apple store in the 5th Ave mall and they wouldn't help me because I didn't have an appointment. They referred me to the Alaska MacStore. When I arrived I was greeted by a couple great guys who quickly got me checked in and got the computer back to the tech. They got to work on it right away, have me a reasonable quote to get it fixed, and they were even able to recover my data. Everything was complete in a couple days and I have my computer back fully functional with my data in tact, it's just like it never happened. I would highly recommend Alaska MacStore to everyone, way better service than the Apple store!

I have used Best Buy but feel squad had no idea how to fix my Mac. I found the Alaska Mac store and they are amazing. They are knowledgeable and have been really fast whenever I needed a repair.  Also it's great to support local!

I I had a very nice experience with Jack O'Ryan at the Diamond area MacStore.  I was given excellent, quick and helpful service with my IPad service device.  Jack was sensitive to the generational strata I reside within, being able to fix a problem quickly, with compassion and ease.

These guys are great. I found out that my flex cable attaching my SATA disc to the logic board was malfunctioning and not able to read the disc on start. These guys knew that Mac had a guaranty of sorts for those flex cables (I have a mid 2012) and I got mine replaced for free. They also gave my new SSD the start up it needed. These guys know what they are doing.

We've travelled 200 miles just to come to the Alaska Mac Store to repair our MacBook pro. Because they're not into selling you new products, they want you to be happy with your old mac. The first time I was there was in 2015, after I was told that my valuable data was lost by  Apple  tech support and some other PC places. When I got in there, the specialist turned my computer on and saw a ? mark and already knew what was wrong with my computer. The Mid 2012 13"inch MacBook Pro has a defective HD/Data Cable. They had the part in stuck and my computer was fixed within 10 minutes with no extra charge. I decided to write this review because what I've read here about the Mac Store, doesn't make any sense.

Alaska MacStore saves me again. Every Mac emergency they have been there to fix. Can't say enough good things about them. These guys are so knowledge and give the best service. They leave the BestBuys Geek Squad guys in the dust. I do t even waste my time with the Apple store anymore. Thanks MacStore!!! I'm hoping for no more emergencies but I know you'll be there to help if I do.​
